Average work environment; Very low salaries - Analyst Pharma BP Employee Review

- Very low salary and extreme working hours - Almost NO benefits (basic insurance, no flight tickets, laptop cost has to be paid back incase you leave in <1-2 years) - Too much micro management on every deliverable, unless you do it exactly like how the manager expects it, its fine, otherwise be prepared for a brutal amount of feedback - No employee retain ability, you will work with various team members who stay for not more than 6 months - You will NEVER be promoted, and mostly never get an increment of any sort - The business is extremely unstable, be prepared to do odd tasks during low season and never be recognized
