The place is nothing less than a prison – employees are not allowed to use their phones, not allowed to step outside, and are constantly micromanaged like children. There is zero trust, zero respect, and zero professionalism. Their unethical practices are shocking. They do not give Full & Final settlements after employees leave, and shamelessly deduct salaries without explanation. This is outright exploitation and daylight robbery. The work culture is toxic to the core – a suffocating environment where management thrives on control, fear, and humiliation rather than growth or respect. Forget about career development or work-life balance – this place will drain your energy, kill your motivation, and make your life miserable. This is not just a bad workplace, it’s a trap. Joining Pharma Access means signing up for stress, frustration, and disrespect on a daily basis. Verdict: Don’t even think about working here.
