Pros
Nothing. Well, except that the hiring process takes so long you have time to avoid making the mistake of accepting a position with the company.
Cons
Management is the absolute worst. They keep people in director or management roles who don't need to be leading anyone. There is no sense of culture. They don't provide any sort of training. They're a bunch of WASPy old guys who only care about the bottom line than they do their customers or their employees. The pay is some of the worst in the area. There is absolutely NO upward mobility; once you're hired into a position you'll be stuck there for the rest of your time with the company. There is no coaching done because the "leaders" don't actually know how to coach their employees; they only know how to boss them around. They keep the worst managers in their positions, even though they know there's a problem with that person. (Hint: If an ENTIRE team leaves because of their boss, there's a problem with that director and he needs to be let go.)
