      Pros

      - Super friendly employees who care for each other - Remote work from anywhere - Respect for work/life balance

      Cons

      - A lot of opacity, no vision or direction - Exec team does not inspire trust - Toxic atmosphere for several months which is only getting worse - Numerous departures of talented employees - Too much hierarchy (the CEO is my n+4 while there are 50 employees)

      Chance to work with very experienced professionals in their field Amazing benefits No micromanagement whatsoever Fully trusted to do your job Great Salary Great Projects Great access to tools to help you excel in your role Overall, PhantomBuster has been a great experience for me.

      Cons

      The 35h work week sometimes made it hard to schedule interviews with important stakeholders and candidates causing the hiring process to take up to 3 weeks per role.
