Pros

Thessaloniki premises offer a cozy environment with young and interesting people. Zero to little stress 90% of the time.

Cons

Selling an Equity, Courage, Excellence and Joy image, yet non of those values are applied when it matters the most. People are in general under-paid, with no way whatsoever to re-negotiate their salaries. You are basically stuck in your initial contract for years, role level ranges are not disclosed, yet huge compensation discrepancies exist within the same levels as the years passed and new colleagues joined. Cookies on Mondays are great, but how about we sit down and solve the important stuff. Perhaps we will be happy to buy the cookies on our own then. Moreover, there is definitely not a meritocracy system when it comes to getting promoted. At this point we all know that what matters the most on here is not how well you can do the job, but how close you are to key people in the organization. Which is fine...in a way the world works that way. But it's happening way too much in here. Having said that, if you like politics games, making fake friends with upper management for validation, being a yes-man and creating new genders out of thin air, you're gonna love it here. To conclude, I'm in the company for 3.5 years, active in various athletic and other teams. Ive met and I'm friends with a lot of people across the board. Never have I heard someone dispute what I've mentioned above or being happy with their salary, the opportunities given to them or the growth potential of their role. I'm just wondering if the HR has ever had conversations with the actual employees, because it does really seem like you're living in a completely differentl universe. I'm all in for delulu but how about you do some actual work and come up with some solulus.

Pros

A good amount of remote monitoring, which depending on how you view can be a positive.

Cons

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
