Pros

They give money regularly to the people who spend some time in between their walls, if you are from a "visible minority" there is a good chance that you will receive some promotion and get protected whatever you do. If you are a woman and get pregnant, then you can get truly great benefits. If you are fired then you will get a great redundancy package.

Cons

It is a heavily bureaucratic mammoth. There is no creativity since the management decided to fire the people with it. Therefore the only trend is idea stealing: other patents are studied hard to try to make something but with very little success. There are several malfunctions all around the place from the top management who requires its employees to communicate with them while you have to beg to get the information the other way around. Several important projects are only thought half way and result in great loss of money and time, the business rules applies only to those outside of the US while the US colleagues act like cowboys and are free to do whatever they want with no supervision. We are told to save money but everything is made to waste it !

Pros

A good amount of remote monitoring, which depending on how you view can be a positive.

Cons

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
