Horrible management structure. Runs company like everyone expendable. Has no regard for their employees, subcontractors, or affiliates. Hires people to just fire them shortly thereafter. I worked as the EA to the entire executive team, take it from me, don't be fooled. Their management structure and style is poor and the owner has no idea how to run a business.
