Good compensation and benefits, AMAZING health insurance, fantastic group of people, job longevity This place is amazing. Everyone works well together and works hard together. The personalities are all very different here but they work well together. Everyone has been here 10+, 20+, 30+ years. People don't really tend to leave so they're having an influx of new hires due to all the retirements. It's a relatively happy place where people talk and have fun while also working hard and trying to be a cohesive team. People don't dread going to work. Also a plus is that there are a lot of female engineers. In some departments, there are only women engineers, and in some it's 1:1. Overall I'd say it's about a 1:1 ratio of women to men in the office with many women in higher positions. It's awesome.
