Pros
They provide healthcare. Used to have amazing coworkers to work with but with the high turnover - you better get used to seeing new faces every few months. They try to give PTO but good luck trying to get days off when they keep saying there's not enough on call.
Cons
Where do I start... high turnover, protocols change once every few weeks without notice, you're expected to do over-time no matter what, lack of office support, lack of support from the doctor/supervisor, lack of support because of lack helping hands...low morale, bad attitudes from owner/supervisors
