Pros
Lovely and supportive coworkers, meeting dogs, nice staff discount, some nice customers
Cons
Expected to stand for 7.5 hours, no air conditioning in store, expected to 'convert' every customer onto food or would get criticized by management, extremely outdated uniform policy, poor wages which did not reflect the amount of work I was required to do, manager bullied me for being sick and missing one day of work, frequent visits from upper management who would belittle us for not selling enough and question us constantly. Yes, you receive training on nutrition and behaviour but get no certificate or acknowledgment for this - they do this so you can't leave to work elsewhere. Expected to arrive at 8 AM to training classroom which is miles away - not everyone drives but management seemed oblivious to this. So-called 'commission' is laughable and is paid months after, so if you leave you will miss out on some. This is not an exhaustive list, but hopefully someone reading this will realise that this company is not worth working for and will look elsewhere.
