If you work in a quiet store it can be so boring, once you’ve done all the cleaning and stock takes there’s literally nothing to do. Its very underpaid, made me feel very unmotivated to go in and work hard for such a small amount of money per hour. They always go on about the bonuses and commission but its all lies, if your store had a bad month then it will greatly effect your pay. The Managers are horrible people, they don’t take their staffs mental health into consideration at all and personally gave me no training whilst I was there which resulted in me getting fired because I barely had any idea what I was doing, felt as if i couldn’t approach customers as I had no real training to help them and felt embarrassed when I couldn’t answer questions. Then to be told I'm not ‘confident enough’ which was entirely their fault! I always felt a negative energy from my manager, definitely didn’t feel supported or appreciated at all. Bad communication in the company, always felt like I was being pushed aside when I needed help. Definitely would not recommend this company to people, definitely not worth your time and effort to be mistreated and paid the bare minimum.
