Pros
The good things about PDB is the increment and bonuses. Even though it's performance based, the quantum and scale is the same across PETRONAS group of companies. But don't expect like 12 month bonus as said by people around. Avg performer will get around 3-4 months only with annual increment around 7%.
Cons
1st thing to highlight; there's no petrol benefit to the staffs (except Sr.Manager or above). Medical benefits have capping & limit. Office politics is expected. The big bosses are like the king which need to be treated well. Most people who started from fresh graduate don't have any specialization and hands-on skills. They talk like they know things but most of the time just theory or story :)
