Pros
There are no Pros to being an employee for this company. If you can find employment elsewhere you would be wise to do so. The person who wrote the positive review for Peterson was clearly someone in the office. They were so lazy they copied part of the text from the negative review.
Cons
The money is bad, the benefits are bad, and they will try to take advantage of you at every turn. They will hire you out to anyone that will take you then they will charge that company nearly 5 times what they pay you.
