My experience involved a toxic culture and serious concerns about ethical conduct and management integrity. I encourage the organisation’s leadership — including HR and senior governance teams — to ensure transparency and, where necessary, refer questionable practices to appropriate integrity bodies such as IBAC (Victoria's Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission). Staff deserve a culture grounded in fairness and accountability.
