Pros

PeteHealth provided me an opportunity to grow in my position and learn more about working in technology. I was able to get to know all of the therapists on our platform and work side-by-side with patients to schedule them for their one-on-one home visits.

Cons

None come to mind right now.

Pros

I’ve been working as a physical therapist at PeteHealth for the past three years, and overall it has been a very positive experience. Even though the work environment is fully online, the team is incredibly supportive, responsive, and always willing to help when needed, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility. Being able to create my own schedule has been extremely helpful in maintaining a good work-life balance, which can be hard to find in this profession. In addition, the option to provide telehealth visits is a major plus, as it adds even more flexibility and makes it easier to adapt my schedule to both patient needs and personal responsibilities. PeteHealth provides a great opportunity for physical therapists who are looking for a modern, flexible way to practice. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to continuing to work with the company. I would definitely recommend it to other PTs considering a remote or hybrid model.

Cons

There can be some driving involved depending on your caseload and location. However, with good time management and planning, it remains very manageable and does not significantly impact the overall positive experience.
