Pros

I’ve been working as a physical therapist at PeteHealth for the past three years, and overall it has been a very positive experience. Even though the work environment is fully online, the team is incredibly supportive, responsive, and always willing to help when needed, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility. Being able to create my own schedule has been extremely helpful in maintaining a good work-life balance, which can be hard to find in this profession. In addition, the option to provide telehealth visits is a major plus, as it adds even more flexibility and makes it easier to adapt my schedule to both patient needs and personal responsibilities. PeteHealth provides a great opportunity for physical therapists who are looking for a modern, flexible way to practice. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to continuing to work with the company. I would definitely recommend it to other PTs considering a remote or hybrid model.

Cons

There can be some driving involved depending on your caseload and location. However, with good time management and planning, it remains very manageable and does not significantly impact the overall positive experience.

Pros

Working for Pete health is perfect for a flexible schedule. traveling to your patients allows you to meet them in their home environment and have a greater impact, plus you get a full session with them. The support team helps handle the other logistics and gets you connected with patients

Cons

It can take a few weeks to build up a base of clients but that's only at the start. For EMR, they use clinicient which isn't my favorite but gets better with use
