There's a lot going on across the business, it's hard to know what to prioritise.

I've worked in many roles before and this is my career highlight for sure. The business is genuinely values and mission driven which makes even hard days for me easy to come back to. I'm lucky that my team is great too and my manager is very supportive AND I get to bring my dog to work! Perks are good, work is interesting, and the bigger picture is really clear.

Not a con for me but it's not a place that would suit people who can't pivot. You think insurance and think slow when the reality here is that were pretty fast paced and employees need to ready and willing to move with the speed of the business.
