Pros
Contrary to some of the other reviewers, I find regular change exciting; indeed it's one of the things that sets apart a good job from a bad job in my mind. Pet360 is a start-up mind in a Fortune 500 body. We're agile. We change course. We make mistakes and learn from them. But ultimately, we're all driving hard, together, to create new and exciting ways for pet parents to get more out their and their pets' lives. That to me is awesome, and exciting.
Cons
It can be highly stressful. But having worked for several start-ups and several Fortune 500s prior to Pet360, it's honestly about what you'd expect from a late-phase, growth oriented start-up. You'll be expected to do a lot, and be responsible for a lot. But you'll always have people to help you, and you'll always know your paycheck is going to cash. And you'll have a lot of fun, too.
