      Pros

      They care about the people. Ethical company. Not tied to one place and have freedom to move about the community and meet new people. Good incentive pay potential with commissions.

      Cons

      Alot of hours during season and not as many hours during down season. Balances out though.

      company truck, great staff, was able to work on my own and keep my same customers every month

      some longer hours in the summer but winter made up for it
