Thank you for your review. We agree that one of the best parts about working for Perthyn are the people we support and fellow colleagues. Our management team are provided with comprehensive training and ongoing support and advice from the HR and the senior management teams. It is disappointing to read that you have had a negative experience but we have a robust grievance process that can be followed informally and formally. We offer monthly supervisions to new members of staff as well as quarterly supervisions to employees who have passed their probationary period.
