- Unrealistic target, despite they reviewed some target for 2023 is even worst than 2022; end 2021 was ok
- Some Managers and Sr. Managers have zero experience in management and less experience in sales than half of whole sales department. You must be lucky to get the good ones
- Micro management and high pressure
- Personio is not a competitive tool in the most of the countries. Not good quality/price, that's why is extremely hard to win against competitors. No innovation!
- Personio Flex is a scam

- Too many meeting and triggers before an opportunity get accepted. Often, t depend on the mood of the AEs
- Too many channels, internal meeting, software and information. It creates confusion and lack of attention
- Personio is experiencing a strong turnover and retention, you should wonder why... Lately, several colleagues that I talk with are looking around for another job.
Most of the previous reviews shared by Sales employees (SDRs and AEs) are very well written. Read well all the reviews of the last 6months before choose Personio.
I am very suspicious about some reviews with 4/5 stars...Especially in the last 6/8months...
