- Targets are totally unattainable - very few people have ever seen their full OTE and many have been fired or put on plans both pre and post probation
- Our salary was only increased recently and now is at industry average - but still, the commission is impossible to earn with the current setup.
- Generally, the managers that lead the SDR team are super inexperienced - learning as they go and incredibly prone to micro managing. They don't embody our culture and values or genuinely care about their team & the only one that did - left recently - quite telling!!
- Inbound reps and outbound reps are treated like they are same level but paid very differently - lack of transparency.
- When I interviewed, I was told that I would have the opportunity to work from abroad - and that I could "flex" between the office and home/remote - THIS IS NOT THE CASE! Every week we are pressured into going into the office, regardless of Covid situation - when we don't go in - passive aggressive remarks are made.
