Good work-life balance, friendly teammates, and a generally supportive engineering culture. I had opportunities to work on real production systems, collaborate across teams, and learn from experienced developers. Remote work flexibility was also a major plus.

Career growth and promotion paths could feel unclear at times. Some processes moved slowly, and engineering priorities were not always communicated clearly. There were also moments where legacy systems made development more difficult than it needed to be.
