      Pros

      Since starting at personal group I have been given the tools to excel my career to exactly where I want it to be. The support from management and SLT is fantastic, from buying my first home to traveling the world this role has given me opportunities I hadn't experienced in other companies. At personal group you are given all the tools to be successful. Great company events and a brilliant working environment. Highly recommend this role to ambitious sales people or anyone looking to get into sales, commission and great incentives makes this role extremely appealing.

      Cons

      Hard work, high reward. Self motivation is key to being successful within this role.

      Pros

      Very supportive of any personal challenges outside of work. Flexible working options are extensive. Colleagues want to help each other and band together to tackle issues outside of management interference. Big book of existing insurance policyholders funds a relatively relaxed approach to winning new business. Existing insurance products are well received by customer/policyholders

      Cons

      Very disconnected and old fashioned board Senior leaders don't work together and some are distant from the workforce Quite cliquey Poor product development (platform) has led to a lot of client dissatisfaction The insurance sales model is old fashioned and sometimes attracts criticisim from clients. Hugely siloed which is driven from the very top Some people love working there and others hate it - it's very marmite
