High employee turnover (IT Division) - Business Analyst Personal Collection Direct Selling Employee Review

I'd advise everyone who is considering joining the IT Division in Personal Collection to rethink their choices. You'd do the work of the previous devs on the old legacy systems without any proper documentation. Our shared folders are literally filled with turnover folders of those that left the company. Despite the gaps in knowledge transfer, management is still keen on continuing as if nothing happened. All of the projects are still continued as usual and no changes are being done in order to adapt to the reduced manpower.
