A lot has changed since 2019-2020. The products are different and the last thing you can say is that they are not innovative when the level of machine learning is sky-high. The standards are high and one of the most important values here is proactivity. With a lot of respect to the individual feeling of a hurt employee, it's understood that once you do not meet them, it's frustrating. But we give a lot of support and will never let anyone drown so to say the environment is toxic is so far from the truth and the day-to-day.
If you are proactive, you don't need micromanagement and that's the last thing anyone will want to deal with.
