Pros
These are some of the most passionate people I have worked with and we all thrive for very similar goals which is the health of our customers and clients. There's a lot of opportunity for growth and trying new positions because people are moving all the time.
Cons
With continual changes, I feel they're not always the best decisions in terms of customer retention. The company rolled out you must call to cancel the policy and it's angered a lot of customers, but corporate isn't the one getting the wrath.
