Great company for freshers. Supportive CEO. Yearly outings and birthday celebrations organized by the CEO. Exciting projects with opportunities to learn and grow.

Excessive micromanagement. Frequent internet connectivity issues in the office. No cafeteria. Poor infrastructure. Challenging work-life balance due to frequent late hours. Lack of proper documentation for joining and appraisal letters. No ID cards provided to many employees. Delayed full and final (F&F) settlement. Office politics among senior staff. Delays in salary appraisals.

good company for fresher in terms of learning but you get only (5k) for first 6 months. you can learn so much from seniors they have good knowledge in there respective domain . one of the best CEO I have seen so far.

No Personal life at all...... have to work more than working hours daily. employees should be given good compensation at least best in industries.
