Pros

-The location was easily accessible and central location in the city with a nice building foyer. -Team members were friendly excluding any senior team members -Salary was decent given the workload

Cons

-Although there appeared to be a proposed 'flexibility' culture, this did not flow through to all team members. Senior team members were able to decide to work from home last minute, come in late with excuses of appointments. This flexibility did not flow through to anyone else, the direct report was micro managing and obsessive over the time I would arrive and it felt like being a student in high school having to report if I am late 10 minutes past 9. -There is a culture of bullying the new person indirectly; the good qualities are not appreciated. Getting long emails regarding 'taking long lunch hours' as if it is a common occurrence when it is taken once. -Not much focus on training and development. -The work itself is routine and mind numbing. Was not given much work and if I left on time that was frowned upon. There is a culture of appearance- sitting at the office so that the direct report can be happy.
