      Pros

      Hybrid work model, many talented team members who you can learn from, and solid benefits which includes product allowance. Culture is good and tons of diversity.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in structure/company re-alignments. Roles that become vacant are not always replaced, so duties become redistributed, causing some to have a large workload. Some departments don't offer much growth opportunity
