Some managers are fantastic, great place to learn and grow, rapidly changing, offers autonomy
Cons
Even if you're lucky enough to be employed by a great manager, pressure comes in at all sides and doubly from headquarters. HQ is as disconnected from its employees as possible...departments are siloed, employees are overworked and underappreciated.
