You will get snapped at in front of students(who are there for therapeutic reasons and often have a history of trauma) very negative and toxic work environment. There's a reason they can't hire people or get people to stay. Also trying to justify keeping and "training" a problematic horse that only the managers can handle due to his behavior. As a therapeutic barn, it doesn't make sense why they invest in a horse who cannot be a part of the program.
