Lack of faith in leadership. The pay is extremely low compared to competitors. Will offer people with less experience and performance higher wage because they are "friends".

We encourage communication and feedback from all of our teams to help with this, and we have regular engagement surveys, an employee advisory board, line managers and a People Team, which we encourage everyone to give feedback if they have concerns. Regarding your concerns about pay, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent. We regularly conduct market research to ensure our salary ranges align with industry standards. We acknowledge that there may be instances where some employees feel that their pay could be better with competitors, and that’s why we offer more than compensation as perks for all of our colleagues; onboarding and our annual all-company Summer party take place in Barcelona, plus every team has a quarterly team budget for IRL-get together, we offer great work environments, free mental health sessions, and many other benefits. We know what we offer won’t suit everyone, and we continue to evolve our offering to compete in the market. TravelPerk’s policies are based on meritocracy and fairness. We evaluate employees' performance yearly, and it is not our practice to offer higher wages solely based on personal relationships or favouritism. We are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and rewarded for their contributions. -Clear career growth path at Perk! The company is very transparent about the steps to become either an AE, AM, or IS after being an SDR. Perk is fast-growing and the opportunities are endless. They’re always adding new roles you can become after being in an entry-level role. -Product: One of the best products in the industry. Customers love talking about their business travel process, and it’s an easy product to be passionate about. My personal experience with our product is seamless and exactly how we market it. -Work-Life Balance: Extremely attainable. I have not once felt like I have to overwork myself or continue my work at home, which is a night and day difference from my previous job! -Hybrid-Work: 3 days in-real-life, and 2 days remote. Also 20 work-from-anywhere days as they encourage us to travel. Compensation: Extremely good. Base salary is at industry standard. Commission is uncapped and targets are very attainable to receive a 100%+ commission check. -Culture is unmatched! Extremely friendly sales team always looking to help and coach others in sales. Perk is very straightforward in how they envision their culture/environment. -Yearly company trip to Barcelona, Spain! And chances to travel and work out of other offices.
