You can’t beat the work environment. Special employee days and events that aren’t just $5.00 cold pizza cardboard pizzas! My son still talks about the candy apple bar they set up for employees but he got one because my boss knew he’d love one so she made one for me to take home. Pay was great, time off and flex schedules made a great work/life balance. Half my friends are relationships I made there.
Cons
The work can be stressful and heartbreaking as it’s healthcare. However my coworkers and management all genuinely cared about members and getting them taken care of!
