The pay is good for the work that needed done. Strong senior leadership. Most of the team you had around was helpful and willing to help when needed.
Cons
Middle management was too headstrong and quick to want to fire someone for small mistakes. There wasn’t much training done for the job. Supervisors weren’t necessarily supervising, more doing little odd jobs all the time instead of being taught the business.
