      Money, free workout with cases on truck, benefits, free pizza and food sometimes.

      Cons

      Management comes off condescending sometimes, and believe it that a lot of drivers there sees that they are a bit bias, they’ll try to make you violate your hours of service, long hour shifts (10-16 hours).

      Management and good culture. Co workers are great and management listens to concerns

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
