      The pay is the only good thing.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Drivers are the outcasts of the company and treated like dogs. Equipment has lots of issues. Loads are disorganized and the warehouse uses broken straps to secure loads.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Cons

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
