Great Company Hampered by Poor Management - Sales Performance Food Group Employee Review

Management, overall, is pretty poor. Managers like to sit in their offices and just bark out demands and orders. Very little interaction with management unless you are getting chewed out. Managers also show favoritism with some employees. Those not their favorites are overlooked and ignored to fend for themselves.
