Great pay..home time excellent I've been working for them close to 2 years got my first route less than a year...trucks and trailers pretty descent. ..management cool ...respectful. .. I can't complain to much ...great career opportunity of advancement
Cons
Long hours...but its on how quick you work.... Can't stand the cameras in the truck... Very nick picky about that camera when it goes off ...hate that dern camera....the warehouse sometimes only worries about efficiency instead of the quality of the load ...mispicks ...items on the wrong pallet ...pallets loaded in the wrong spot...not much but sometimes the warehouse workers get complacent with the quality of their job...
