1. They overwork & underpay people. 2. They don't recognize contributions and reward good work. 3. They don't care about their employees. 4. They don't honor their commitments. 5. They don't let people pursue their passions. 6. They fail to develop the skills of their people. 7. They fail to challenge people intellectually.

Pros

PerformTel is a family oriented company. I really enjoy working here and the atmosphere that each employee brings. I have gained so much knowledge and personal experience working here that has really helped me with my future in the company as well as personal experiences outside the work place. I truly would not be where I am with out getting my experience with PerformTel

Pros

I'm thrilled to be working at Performtel. The staff are upbeat, collaborative, young, and motivated to help and support all of us. I've never worked in a call center before and I was nervous to begin. I went through the training and by the last day, I felt prepared and well mentored. I have had the opportunity to talk to Performtel employees at all levels. I feel like if I commit myself to doing an excellent job, I'll have plenty of opportunities for job growth and mentorship. I understand what is expected of me in terms of quality of calls, attendance, tardiness, and time off.

Cons

I don't have any cons presently. I'm very happy and satisfied.
