Pros
If you are billing, its great. If working at a local BU, culture can be fun. Some good people.
Cons
Company feels larger than it is. Typical consulting firm, they want the big $$$$ projects, but do plenty of staffing work. Some bad people, really bad and incompetent people. Most of the leadership are project managers who love the big consulting firm processes and excessive overhead. If you aren't billing, your time is limited.
