Thanks for leaving a review and for being part of our business development team, which is a really crucial piece of the sales puzzle.
The BDR role is one of the most high-touch functions at PerfectServe, and that's by design. We use a sales model that has been refined over the course of many years, and for BDRs in particular, it does involve more regular check-ins to stay on top of opportunities and areas where some extra assistance and/or education might be beneficial. The touch points aren't to single anybody out—it's more about collectively hitting the targets that have been proven to generate success. We've got a great group of experienced leaders on this team who love coaching people up, so we're confident we have the resources in place to help everybody thrive. If you're ever having doubts, please don't hesitate to talk with your manager. We always encourage those conversations, and that's because we want you to succeed!
