Pros

There is a lot of room for movement within the company, especially while it is growing so quickly. Managers make you feel valued and treat you with a high level of respect. Really great people to work with.

Cons

Almost everyone, except for the people who have been with the company for a long time, have to work one weekend day. Also, management has a tendency to make promises about time frames and expectations that they do not have a strong history of keeping

Cons

Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
