Cons
While your initial compensation may be a little lower than you want (but this is only a small con because you generally get very generous raises, so the longer you're with the company the more this is offset). As with any small start up company there are many policies/procedures that aren't quite figured out yet, which can actually be a pro at times but also can get frustrating if you expect things to be a little more ironed out.
