Pros

Great colleagues, knock off on time and there is no OT require

Cons

Tons to be mentioned, if you are thinking about joining this organization, be prepare that you will need to face an unreasonable and kind of ridiculous outdated treatment as if you are still living back in the 80s. Bear with me guys, if you wish to read further, it will be kind of lengthy, but I hope these information helps you to think twice on whether you want to continue the career path with them. - CCTVs is eye-powering you 24hrs on every single movement you are doing, other than washroom and treatment room. (Sound creepy, but this is what happening here.) - There is no Singapore's employee insurance coverage since last year June (New footprint in Singapore) whatever accident happen to you in the company, you own-self bare okay, company will not be bother, cause there is no workplace coverage for you. Can you imagine SG HR have been trying their best to help us opt for all the fundamental employee welfare benefits along MOM guideline since last year till to date? It's been a year, the only benefit that we have is only Annual Leave, Child Care Leave and Maternity Leave. There is no medical reimbursement be it you are confirmed or not confirmed staff (thought this is compulsory on MOM website?) Oh! By the way, I pity our SG HR, as they have no authority to make any decision, when things happen, HQ HR will ask us to bypass SG HR, indirectly telling us that SG HR is useless, whereas HQ HR is the one who are making the decision, SG just follow through. (Wondering who is the local here, and if you want to open a business in that particular country, shouldn't it be following what the country rules and regulation rather violating them?) - Understand compassionate leave is mandate compulsory, it's up to the company to enforce such rule. Can you imagine you are already in sorrow, yet you have to get an unpaid leave (if you used up your AL), and there is no compassionate leave to use it? (you guys will say, why not don't use up the AL to prevent this to happen, but all majority of the companies in Singapore are doing this practices) Why are they so caring for their employee, whereas here is so employment discrimination. - not flexible for everything!!! Late for work (understandable) Lunch at Orchard you know how crowded it is? While waiting for available seats, ordering and swallow the food down and be back exact 1hr is crazy (If we get stomachache how? Don't worry, company is so indirectly caring for us, not well go see doctor, remember no reimbursement!) Going in and out of the shop door have to write down the reasoning on a list like where are you going during office hour, why you require to head out. I do understand this company is caring for our whereabout, but isn't this too micromanage? Basically there's no trust on us, just because of 1 bad apple, the entire employees have to suffer!

It's been fulfilling to work here as a senior IT supporter. The organization offers excellent tools and resources, and the workforce collaborates incredibly well. I like the chances for continued assistance and professional growth.

Cons

Staying up to speed with evolving technology and improving problem-solving abilities can be achieved through the labor-intensive nature of system updates and maintenance.
