Pros
The mission is great. The proteins are interesting, from a scientific perspective. The food team was fantastic and made great products. Middle management tried their best.
Cons
Executive team thrives on politics, manipulation, and playing the game. Too bad the game led to massive layoffs and disruption of peoples livelihoods. Lazy management styles. Broken trust between management and employees. No accountability. No planning, all reactive. Took a year to get over my burnout and trust issues after this experience.
