      - 100% remote - They hire the best talent in database engineering, I've learnt a lot from my peers and co-workers - In general people are super helpful and empathetic

      The work environment is toxic as hell, packed with people in roles they’re completely unqualified for. The pay is trash. And those promised business trips? They never happen.
