Pros
There are/have been some great employees at perch that have worked together through market and company changes. Perch is impressive in it's data gathering an utilization compared to competitors in the space, and found a way to differentiate themselves in a competitive and consolidating space.
Cons
Perch continued to trim costs by cutting workforce, outsourcing responsibilities, and building automated processes to run the business. This ultimately is not an affective plan for growth in their space. They've recently been acquired by a German aggregator, Razor Group leading to another large layoff at Perch, and it is my opinion that the direction they're going post acquisition will not be successful. The leadership at Perch has been disappointing. The CEO/Leadership is intelligent and have driven some impressive projects forward, but there's never been an impressive culture built that inspired rha rha in it's employees. The cherry on the sundae, after laying selling Perch to Razor group, and laying off a large portion of its staff, Perch decided to throw a "going away" "end of Perch Party" that they asked the employees and those laid off to pay for... sums up the poor people management and care for those that are driving the business forward that I've experienced from the CEO
