Pros
A lot of nice people worked at Percepture. Several good learning experiences. Opportunity to gain experience to add to the resume.
Cons
You will be lead to believe that you'll have consistent work. But that's not the case. You don't get fairly compensated for the work that is given to you though - you work more hours than you're allowed to document. There were a lot of meetings they expect you not to bill for as well. They take on any client, plenty of questionable ones, and they promise every client unrealistic results. One of my clients was essentially a pyramid scheme. That was the final nail in the coffin for me. Management really want you to drink the kool-aid and it is easy to fall for it in the beginning. But the pay isn't worth it and there's no real upward mobility here. It's a volatile work environment. The CEO and President appear to be nice but they're both greedy people. The President especially doesn't really care about anything other than appearances. I do not recommend working for them.
