Pros
Percepta has some good benefits such as tuition reimbursement, health care, 401k. It is a Monday to Friday call center with shifts start anywhere from 8 am to 11:30 am and the doors close at 8 pm. There are options to do a 10 hour 4 day a week work week but its not manditory.
Cons
It is difficult to move into the higher paying positions if you do not have automobile industry experience regardless of how many years experience you have working in call center environments.
